Class synopsis for Tuesday 1/5/10:
*warm ups
*footwork, clock footwork w/ fh/bh six, hip six w/ ballestra footwork, etc...
*stick twirls
*double stick dummy
*empty hand stick dummy tempering
*leg tempering hi/lo , inside outside
*defenses against cut kicks, foot jabs left and right sides
*krabi krabong forehand partner drill w/ foot jab
*double stick disarms: vine, punyo vine
*Level 1c material review:
 counters to angles 1-5 using cross block, roof block, inside sweep, umbrella followed up with bamboo/figure 8/one side of the X
 
pentjak silat puter kapala and variations
takedowns using fig 4, arm drag, hip to pocket, head takedowns, arm pendulum, hip/neck takedowns.
 
knife tapping, grips, fraile, disarms, and knife material review.
 
Bowed out, shake hands, and said our good byes and good nites.
 
Other items:
There is a scheduled Defensor Method Level 1C Test this coming Sunday Jan. 10th, 2010.  There is also a Serrada III seminar on the 24th.
