Product Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our products. The shipping fee is non-refundable. If the product is defective or unsatisfactory to the customer we will exchange or issue a refund on the product once it is returned.

Any return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number which can be obtained by contacting our customer service department at support@fmapulse.com. For easy identification, you, the customer must mark the packaging used for the return with this RMA number and a copy of the invoice must be included in the return.

To receive a refund, please notify us by e-mail within 14 days of receipt that you are returning your product. Then, ship the product back to us. Product being returned must be in the original shipping package, in new, un-used condition unless received by the customer as defective. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product to the customer or the cost of shipping for the returned product.

 
Shipping Information:

We will ship to anywhere in the 48 United States. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IT COSTS MORE TO SHIP OUTSIDE THE 48 UNITED STATES.

Our shipping is based on a per item basis. You can expect shipping costs to be about double to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.

 

International Shipping:
Currently we only ship internationally to Canada. Please note that any import Duties and Taxes will be the responbisility of the customer/receiver.
