Hello to all my FMA brothers and sisters.My name is Jamie Sparling and I am a Lakan Guro under Guro Dan Inosanto.I train here in Jefferson,WI  where I own & operate my own small Martial Arts school.FMA was my first system and I feel so lucky that it was,my Guro at the time was Steve Fristoe and with his guidance I deveoped from a pretty overweight and emotional teenager to a martial artist and man.FMA and especially my teachers in the arts have given to me so much that I only hope I can give back a little.Hope all that read this have a great day.THANKS
