I started my martial path in 1975 in Novato Calif. under Don Buck, went on to join the NAVY and studied various arts during that time, Finally setteling in South East Virginia and studing a form of Lastra Arnis as taught to my instructor from George Lastra. I met an amazing man later in my learning by the name of Angel Reyes who helped me found Cielo y Tierra Arnis de Mano in 1997. I now teach from my home. I corrected an error about the Lastra name, I have met Eddie and attended a class of his, just one, that does not mean in any way that I was a student. George, Eddies brother did teach my instructor who taught me, George had passed away before I had a chance to meet him, I apologize for this error and do not wish to offend any who have trained with Mr. Eddie Lastra.
